I am a certified yoga teacher and NASM-certified personal trainer, deeply passionate about all things health and wellness. My mission is to help you simplify your daily routine and feel better every day by combining effective fitness strategies with intentional habit building.
My passion for fitness started with competitive sports in my teens, evolving into intense dedication to yoga in my 20s, to then eventually finding a more sustainable flow in my 30s with a balance between my beloved yoga, strength training, meditation and nutrition. Over the years I’ve experimented with a vast variety of physical, mental and spiritual wellness modalities, leveraging established scientific research to guide my way. Utilizing the skills I developed in my 10 years of experience as a healthcare investor, I’ve honed my research and analytical know-how in order to sift through the noise and take realistic steps to feel my best. And I can’t wait to help you do the same!
